In addition to our core recruitment work we also seek to give something back, since 2019 we have been using our people finding skills to assist in sourcing volunteers for small non-profit organisations we support internationally. All the organisations we support are located overseas and are committed to improving their local communities, something which is very close to our hearts.

For example, over the last 4 years we have supported building wells in Africa, developing farming schemes in South America and assisting re-homing the stray dog population in Turkey. Currently a number of our most urgent causes are animal welfare shelters located in Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean. Whilst for some roles we are looking for volunteers with experience, this is not a requirement as training can be provided by many of our host organisation.

We may be biased but volunteering with us is a fantastic opportunity, we are a warm friendly organisation committed to helping find the right people and get the best out of them. Feedback we have had from previous volunteers tells us not only did they thoroughly enjoy their placements but they returned relaxed, more confident, and with unique skills which have assisted them with their future careers.

In addition to finding volunteers, we also provide sponsorship to pay for their travel and help with expenses.
